The PG Diploma in Yoga is a one-year course that serves as a skill enhancement program for those who aspire to work as yoga teachers. The PGDYT course is designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to become competent, professional, and highly skilled yoga teachers.

PG Diploma in Yoga eligibility is that the candidates should have a minimum aggregate score of 50%-60% in graduation from a recognized Board with a relevant subject. There are no entrance tests for admission but some may ask for a personal interview or group discussion for final selection in this course.

Yoga is safe to practice after an injury as long as you rest when needed, stop as soon as you feel pain and create stability around the injury. However, Yoga should not be performed in a state of exhaustion, illness, in a hurry or in an acute stress condition.
